摘要
20世纪 80年代以来 ,我国已出现了 18个暖冬。这种经常出现的气候异常 ,有一定的气象成因 ,对农林业生产产生了很大的影响。笔者对此进行了分析和讨论 ,并提出了降低暖冬对农林业危害的建议。
The meteorological situation of 'warm winter' has occurred 18 times since 1980s'.The climate anomaly that often occurs must have some meteorological factors, and have impressive effects on agriculture and forestry. This result of the meteorological situation was analyzed and discussed and a few suggestions lessening warm winter's effects on agriculture and forestry were put forward.
