摘要
综述了自然环境因素中纬度、海拔、土壤、光照、温度、水分等对小麦品质的影响 ,并提出了今后应加强的 5个方面工作。
In this paper, the number of research results about effects of natural environmental factors on wheat quality at home and abroad was summarized. The effects of altitude, latitude, soil conditions, light, temperature and water were mainly reviewed. On the basis of this summarization, we pointed out that 5 items of work should be done in the future.
