摘要 对腐殖质的降解 ,核磁共振光谱对腐殖质化学结构和组成 ,红外和荧光光谱对腐殖质结构的研究方法和手段进行了概述 ,并提出了今后研究的主要方向。 Soil humus is the main source of necessary nutsient element to plant.It had the decisive effects on soil's physic-chemical properties, and directly affected the transformation of concentration of CO 2.So the study on soil organic matter had become one of hot points in the fields of peodology, enviromental science and geochemistry and so on. In the paper the decomposition of humus, the study methods of IR,H NMR and fluorescence spectra to humus' chemical structure and composition and the main study direction of soil humus in future were summarized.
