摘要
食用菌含有氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、脂类、维生素、矿物质元素等多种营养成分 ,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫调节、降血脂及保肝等多种药理作用 ,具有重要的开发利用价值。综述了食用菌的营养成分、药理作用及开发利用研究进展。
In the article, the nutrient composition and pharmacological effect and development utilization of edible mushroom were reviewed according to the latest research reports. The edible mushroom contains many nutrient elements such as amino acid, protein, saccharose, fat, vitamin and mineral substance etc. They have some certain pharmacodynamics effect to anti-tumor, lowering lioidemia, anti-virus,immunity regulation, protecting live and detoxification It has important value of development and utilization.
