摘要
目的:了解婚外性行为患者的心理状况,为临床心理治疗提供依据。方法:采用症状自评表(SCL-90)对102例婚外性行为患者进行心理调查。结果:婚外性行为患者的心理状态较常人为差,其躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性6个因子分和阳性项目数均高于国内常模,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:婚外性行为患者存在明显心理障碍,进行心理治疗的同时,配合药物治疗十分必要。
Objective: To understand the psychological status of patients with marriage outer erotic behave. Method: 102 cases of marriage outer erotic behave were analyzed using symptom check list(SCL-90). Result: The psychological status of patients with marriage outer erotic behave is worse, In SCL-90, the counts of positive item and the scores the somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, deprssion, consternation and anxiety were significantly higher than those of the Chinese normals (P<0.01). Conclusion: The psychological status of patients with marriage outer erotic behave is an impediment. It is imperative to treat them psychologically in combination with medications.
