伦理资本是经济伦理学的一个新范畴,本文主要讨论现代企业的伦理资本问题。现代企业的伦理资本是由企业共同体中全体成员的人格网络之真实或虚拟资源的总和。作为现代企业资本之一的伦理资本,它具有无偿性、生产性、精神力性、“无本万利”性等独特个性。

An ethical capital is a newly-built category in Business Ethics.This dissertation focuses its attention on the problems of the ethical capital of modern corporation.The ethical capital of modern corporation is a kind of authentic resource or subjunctive resource combined with moral qualities' network of all members in modern corporation.The ethical capital,known as an important capital of modern corporation,has its own specific properties including an unpaid gratuitous service,a productive capacity,a spiritual prop,ten thousand-fold profit without investment and others.
