The basic features of society pattern are composed of learning by all people, all our lives and promoting people's all-round development. In coordination with it we must fabricate a system as a whole consisting of scientific theory, noble morality, new-patterned educational thought and advancing culture, in order to provide political direction, moral principle, precursor of thought and spiritual motive for the establishment of society pattern to learn.
