摘要
对双稳态永磁操动机构的磁场分布、铁芯受力和动态性能进行了分析与计算。并在此基础上对40.5kV户内真空断路器永磁操动机构样机进行了设计和性能试验。通过试验得到的数据和曲线证明了断路器各项性能良好。
The magnetic field distribution, the mechanic force of iron core and the dynamic characteristics of bi-stable permanent magnetic actuator are analyzed and calculated in this paper. Based on this results, a permanent magnetic actuator for 40.5 kV vacuum circuit breaker is developed. The testing results prove that the performance of the actuator is good.
