摘要
LW13-550断路器瓷套包装箱为550kV瓷套包装箱改造而成,改造后的箱体变化很大,能否满足产品保护、吊装、运输等性能要求,是问题关键。通过对其刚度和强度等力学性能的验算,从理论上确保了钢制瓷套箱的可靠性。改造箱实际运行结果充分说明了该改造方案是成功的。达到了废物利用、降低成本、安全、可靠的预期目的,并为今后同类包装箱的改造和推广应用提供了宝贵的经验。
The Packing case of 550 kV bushing is reconstructed to be the case for LW13-550 type circuit breaker's bushing. But the size of case after reconstruction has a great change. Whether it can meet the requirement for product protection transportation and hoisting or not is a key problem to be solved. Through computation of mechanics property regarding its stiffness and strength, the reliability of the new packing case is confirmed. The practical application verifies the reconstruction is successful, achieving the goal of waste-material utilization, cost reduction etc..
