摘要
以NiSO4/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,采取连续串联两段反应器的工艺,对丙烯齐聚合成十二烯和十八烯的工艺条件进行了研究。考察了温度、液态空速对丙烯转化率和目的产物选择性的影响。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:压力2.0MPa、液态空速1.0h-1、第一段反应温度10℃、第二段反应温度80℃。在此反应条件下,丙烯总转化率达到97%以上,十二烯和十八烯的选择性分别达到52.84%和10.41%,且催化剂的稳定性好。
A new method of producing dodecene and octadecene by propene oligomerization over NiSO4/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in a two-stage reactor in series had been studied. Effects of reaction temperature and LHSV on conversion of propene and selectivity of products were investigated. Optimal reaction conditions were: pressure 2.0 MPa, LHSV 1.0 h-1, reaction temperature 10°C in first-stage reactor and 80°C in the second. Total conversion of propene could reach more than 97%. Selectivity of dodecene and octadecene were 52.84% and 10.41% respectively. NiSO4/γ-Al2O3 catalyst showed promising stability.
