Research Advances of Germplasm Conservation--In Vitor Conservation

植物种质资源的保存研究对于生物多样性保护和植物生物技术均具有十分重要的意义.文章综述了利用组培技术对不同植物组织器官进行限制生长与低温保存、超低温保存(玻璃化法、包埋脱水法、干燥法、预冻法、两步法)等离体保存技术.同时,列述了对保存种质存活率的鉴定及遗传稳定性分析的主要方法.

With the increase in global human population, more and more wildlife species have become endangered due to overexploitation. Great efforts must be made for the recovery and conservation of biological diversity. The paper summarize main conservation ways, in vitro conservation (vitrifiation, encapsulation-dehydration, air dehydration, two-step method) ,and so on. The main methods for vitality test and genetic stability analysis are listed.
