TIT双羔素不同免疫次数对青海半细毛绵羊的效果试验

Effect of Immune Times of TIT Double-lamb Agent on Twin-lamb Rate of Qinghai Semifine Wool sheep

应用TIT双羔素不同注射次数对青海半细毛羊进行了免疫试验 ,共免疫健康母羊 93 9只 ,试验结果表明 ,注射了 3次TIT双羔素 ,青海半细毛羊双羔率为 10 90 % ,与注射 2次TIT双羔素 (双羔率为 7 0 1% )差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。

Health ewes of Qinghai semifine wool sheep were used to conduct a immuna test of injection of TIT double-lamb agent.The results were that the twin-lamb rate of Qinghai semifine wool sheep injected with three times of TIT double-lamb agent was 10.90% and one with two times of TIT double-lamb agent was 7.01%.There was a siginificant difference between the twin-lamb rate of the ewes injected with three times and two times of TIT double-lamb agent(P<0.05).
