摘要
通过对现代企业制度理论与家族企业管理理论的适用前提进行分析,分析了现代企业管理理论中需要完善的内容,提出在中小型民营企业的管理激励机制中,家族企业管理有存在的必要性和合理性。
The study analyses the precondition of the theory application of the modern enterprises system and family corporate management. Moreover, it analyzes the questions, which should be consummated in the theory of modern enterprises system, and it holds the view that the family management mechanism is necessary and rational in the management motivation mechanism of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
