摘要 目的 建立分光光度法测定复方咖磷颗粒中甘油磷酸钠的含量。方法 灼烧法破坏甘油磷酸钠,定量生成磷酸盐,与酸性钼酸铵作用生成淡黄色的磷钼酸盐,与抗坏血酸生成亮蓝色的络合物-钼蓝。以6 6 0nm为测定波长。结果 磷的浓度在0 .2~3.6 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为97.8% ,RSD =0 .93% (n =9)。根据磷酸盐与甘油磷酸钠的化学关系求得甘油磷酸钠的含量。结论 所用方法准确、实用,可用于复方咖磷颗粒中甘油磷酸钠的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method of spectrophotometry to determine the content of sodium glycerophosphate in granule of Compound caffeine and sodium glycerophosphate. METHODS Sodium glycerophosphate was decomposed by ignition to produce quantitative ortho phosphate, The phosphate could react with the acid ammonium molybdate to form strawyellow phosphomolybdate with fonowing reaction with reducer-ascorbic acid to form brilliant blue complex-molybdenum blue.The complex was detected at 660 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve appeared a good linearity relationship within the range of 0.2-3.6 μg·ml -1 of phosphorus(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 97.8% with RSD of 0.93%(n=9). The content of sodium glycerophosphate was calculated according to chemical relationship of phosphorus and sodium glycerophosphate. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, practical and can be used for determination of the content of sodium glycerophosphate in granules of compound caffeine and sodium glycenophosphate.
