小剂量缓释茶碱治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

Low doses of theophylline sustained release tablets for children with cough variant asthma

目的 观察以小剂量茶碱缓释片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效,并与常规推荐剂量的用药疗效相比较。方法 选择82例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分两组,在其他治疗相同的前提下,推荐剂量组口服茶碱缓释片,每次5mg·kg-1,q12h ;小剂量组口服剂量每次3mg·kg-1,q12h ,疗程5d。结果 两组患儿口服不同剂量的茶碱缓释片,均能取得理想的治疗效果,临床症状的缓解情况无显著性差异。结论 口服小剂量茶碱缓释片可达到常规推荐剂量的疗效,临床上安全、方便。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of low doses of theophylline sustained release tablets for children with cough variant asthma and compare with the effect of normal recommended doses. METHODS 82 children with cough variant asthma were divided into two groups randomly and given low doses(3 mg·kg -1,q12h) or normal recommended doses(5 mg·kg -1,q12h) of oral theophylline sustained release tablets respectively for five days. RESULTS Both two groups with different doses of oral theophylline sustained release tablets could achieve satisfied effect and showed no significant difference in the control of clinical symptoms. CONCLUSION Low doses of oral theophylline sustained release tablets can achieve similar effect to normal recommended doses, and it is safe and convenient.
