缬沙坦和贝那普利对高血压患者肱动脉流量介导的舒张功能的干预作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察缬沙坦、贝那普利对肱动脉流量介导的舒张功能的干预作用。方法 采用随机、对照、单盲的方法将有高血压的患者4 8例分为缬沙坦组,和贝那普利组,8周为1个疗程。治疗前、后分别进行肱动脉血管超声检测。结果 高血压患者肱动脉流量介导的舒张功能较正常人减低(P <0 . 0 1) ,缬沙坦应用前、后肱动脉流量介导的舒张功能(FMD)明显改善;贝那普利应用前、后FMD明显改善。结论 缬沙坦与贝那普利均可改善内皮功能。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the influences of Benaepril and Valsartan on brachial areery flow-mecliated dilation(FMD) dysfunction in patients with hypertension. METHODS 48 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in group A(n=24) were administered Benazepri lomg once daily for 8 weeks, while patients in group B(n=24) were administered valsartan 80 mg once daily for 8 weeks. FMD was monitered by ultrasonography before and after the treatment. RESULTS FMD of patients with hypertention decreased compared with healthy people (5.31±0.42 vs 9.40±0.40,P<0.01).
