摘要 对羟肟酸的各种合成方法作了简要介绍和分类,并详细论述了羟胺法的研究进展,其中碱性乳化液介质法是一种较佳的制备羟肟酸的方法,有效地解决了反应均相性问题,同时避免了醇介质,且提高了反应的产率.最后针对羟胺法的特点,展望了其发展趋势,一方面要提高羟胺的利用率,另一方面研究开发新型的羟肟酸系列产品. <Abstrcat> Synthetic methods for hydroxamic acid are briefly introduced, and the development of the hydroxylamine method is reviewed in details. Preparing hydroxamic acid in the medium of emulsification liquid is predominant, it can avoid using alcohol and make the reaction occur in homogeneous phase, its conversion ratio is enhanced, too. Based on the hydroxylamine method, some trends are put forward that the utilization ratio of hydroxylamine should be promoted, and some new hydroxamic acids need to be researched and developed.
