摘要
可逆式转轮 (低比速混流式转轮 )在运行中受到的轴向水推力影响到机组的轴向位置稳定性、直接影响机组的安全运行 ,这是可逆式机组在运行中至今未被引起重视的问题。本文结合天荒坪可逆式转轮运用理论分析与计算以及现场测量的方法研究了影响轴向水推力的一些因素。
Pump-turbine runner (low specific speed Francis turbine) in operation is subjected to axial hydraulic thrust, this force has an impact on the stabilization of the generator set's axial position, and has a direct effect, which have not been paid enough attention, on the safe operation of the set. Using theoretical analysis calculation and field measurement, also considering Tianhuangping pump-turbine runner, this paper has examined several factors that have effects on axial hydraulic thrust.
