Multinational operation is the strategic option for a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),but they would face rnany risks differing from what they face at home.The authors predict the risks which our MSEs may face and classify these risks into internal risk and external risk;and analyse their chracteristics and causes;and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
