A Study on Ye Shi′s Thought about the Learning of Changes

叶适对《易传》进行考证,得出不同于时人的结论。批判理学家藉易以建构的宇宙图式,使形上与形下相结合。对于易之阴阳思想,叶适以独特视角契入,其结论具有独阳无阴的特点。

Ye Shi made textual criticism on the Book of Changes and achieved conclusion differring from that of people of the time.He criticized the pattern of universe which those neo-Confucianists of rationalist school constructed by making use of the Book of changes,enabling the formless versus the formal to be integrated.By inquiring into the thought of the inactive and the active in the Book of changes from unique perspective,Ye shi had come to the conclusion that there are only the active in the absence of the inactive.
