食管癌并先天性心包缺如患者术后护理

The postoperative care of patients with esophageal carcinoma combined with congenital pericardium malformation

笔者报道了食管癌并先天性心包缺如患者的术后护理体会,针对此类患者的特点,认为除做好食管癌术后常规护理外,加强对呼吸的观察,严格无菌操作,维持胸腔正常压力,预防肺、胸腔感染等并发症,严格控制补液速度及针对性的心理护理是术后顺利康复的关键。

The authors reported in the paper their experience in caring patients with esophageal carcinoma combined with congenital pericardium malformation. Pe rtinent to the features in the patients, the effective nursing care included int ensive routine nursing, enhanced observation of breath, rigorous sterile operati on, sustaining of normal pressure in thoracic cavity, prevention of pulmonary an d thoracic infection, rigorous control of infusion speed and pertinent mental ca re, all of which were key for the smooth recovery.
