总结吸毒致重型破伤风患者的抢救及护理经验。将患者安置在柔和光线的单间,给予镇静、中和破伤风毒素、抗感染和加强心理治疗,保持呼吸道通畅,保证营养的摄入等处理。本组21例,18例行气管切开术,5例上呼吸机辅助呼吸,治愈13例,死亡8例。吸毒致重型破伤风的患者病死率高,有效地控制抽搐,改善呼吸困难,预防控制感染,保证营养的摄入,加强心理护理,对降低死亡率,提高治愈率起到重要的作用。

The authors summed up their experience in rescuing and nursing the pa tients with serious tetanus caused by drug abuse. After placing them in a single room with soft light, the patients were treated by administrating sedative, neu tralizing tetanus toxin, anti-infecting and enhancing mental care, keeping airwa y unobstructed and guaranteeing intake of nutrients. In 21 cases, 18 underwent t racheotomy, 5 were assisted with respiration machine. Finally, 13 cases were hea led and 8 died. The mortality from drug-abuse-induced tenatus was higher. Such n ursing measures as effectively controlling tic, improving respiration, preventin g and controlling infection, ensuring the intake of nutrients, enhancing mental care play very important role in raising cure rate.
