摘要
为了探索护理继续教育的新模式,加快护理人才的培养,完善毕业后护理教育,从2001年1月开始将已取得护师资格4~5年,拟晋升主管护师的高年资护师作为24 h住院总护师培训对象,为期6个月,其中在ICU病区进行护理急救知识培训3个月,担任24 h住院总护师3个月.通过3年对12名护师的培训,高年资护师能更好地运用现代护理观指导护理实践;提高了管理协调能力和教学能力;专业技术水平和沟通协调能力得到了提高.
In order to explore the new model in continuing education of nursing, promote the training for nursing talents, and complete post-graduation nursing education, we trained the general primary nurses who were qualified for chief nu rse for 4~5 years and ready for promotion for senior chief nurse for 6 months: 3 months in ICU for training of first aid knowledge and 3 months as 24 hours the resident general primary nurses. Through 3 years of training, the 12 resident ge neral primary nurses could utilize modern nursing theory to direct nursing pract ice and thus raised both their ability in management, coordination and teaching, and their professional level.
