肝硬化治疗前后肝血流动力学及肝纤维化指标的变化

The change of liver blood flow and fibrosis index by after treatment and before treatment in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的:观察不同方法治疗肝硬化前后肝血流动力学及肝纤维化指标的变化。方法:140例患者用彩色多普勒和放免法分组比较治疗前后肝流动力学和的血清肝纤维化指标的变化。结果:疾病组肝血流动力学和纤维化指标均高于对照组,治疗后较治疗前下降;治疗后各组患者的症状、体症较治疗前均有不同程度好转;肝硬化治疗后显效率25%、有效率50%、总有效率75%、无效率25%。结论:肝硬化程度与肝流动力学和血清肝纤维化指标的变化有关。联合治疗的效果更好。

Objictive:To observe the change of liver blood flow and fiber index by different treatment methods in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods: 140 cases of liver cirrhosis groups have been detected by ultra sonography and Radioimmunosaasy(RIA).Result: The liver blood flow and fibrosis index were obvious higher than that control, After treatment were descend than that before treatment; The symotom were improvedafter treatment in patients with liver cirrhosis. The efficiencies were 25%, validity rate were 50%, total valid rate were 75%, inefficiency were 25%.Conclusions: The results show that patients with liver cirrhosis is related to Color Doppler blood flow ,index of fibrosis respectively,The therapeutic alliance could got the better treatment than the single treatment for the patients with liver cirrhosis.
