食管癌术后早期肠内营养支持对肠功能恢复的临床观察

Clinic observation of the effect of early enter nutrition to the retrieve of the intestinal function after operation of esophageal carcinoma

目的了解食管癌术后早期应用肠内营养(EN)支持对肠功能恢复影响。方法将40例食管癌根治术患者随机为2组,实验组为术后24h开始应用EN,观察术后恢复肛门排气、排便、饮食时间,生化指标以及不良反应,并进行空白对照。结果实验组术后恢复肛门排气时间较对照组提前15h,排便时间较对照组提前17h,恢复饮食时间提前13h。生化指标ALB、K+、Na+、Ca2+二组间无明显差异。结论食管癌术后早期应用EN,可促进肠功能尽快恢复,提前恢复饮食,及早改善营养状况。

Objective:Find out the affect of early enter nut rition after operation of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Make two groups of 4 0after operation of esophageal carcinoma patients at random.The test group is supplied of EN 24hou rs after opera-tion.They are observed of the retrie ve time of exhaust and evacuation of t he bowels,retrieve time of eatables and dri nkables,biochemical indicator and adverse r eactions after operation,with this we do the blank contrast.Results:The retrieve time of ex-haust in test group is 15hours earlie r than contrast group,the retrieve t ime of evacuation of the bowels is 17h ours earlier than contrast group,retrieve time o f eatables and drinkables 13hours ea rlier than contrast group.The diffe rence of bioch emical indicator such as ALB?K + ?Na + ?Ca 2+ between two groups cant be recogniz ed without careful observation.Conclu sion:Early enter nutrition(EN)after operation of esophageal carcinoma can adv ance the retrieve of inte stinal function and improve the nu-trition condition .
