内源性雌激素对猕猴脑神经元凋亡相关蛋白P53和Bcl-2表达的影响

摘要 目的观察内源性雌激素对猕猴海马神经元凋亡相关蛋白P53和Bcl-2表达的影响,探讨雌激素对中枢神经系统神经元可塑性的作用及其机制。方法将10只雌性猕猴分为对照组,受孕组,采用单克隆抗体链菌素亲生物蛋白过氧化酶(SP)免疫组织化学方法及电子计算机图像分析技术,检测猕猴海马神经元P53蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果与正常不受孕相比,受孕组海马神经元P53蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白表达明显增强(P<0.05)。结论本实验提示妊娠猕猴海马神经元凋亡相关蛋白P53和Bcl-2的表达均明显增强,表明雌激素在中枢神经元可塑性机制中发挥重要作用,对中枢神经系统退行性病变(如老年性痴呆)的预防和治疗有积极意义。
