新中国一改以往法律的价值取向,成功地走出了“以人为本,立法为民”的法律发展之路。在这一探索过程中,由于法律发展观的局限性,法律的发展呈现出欠协调性。今后我们务必以科学发展观为指导,探求法律协调发展的途径,以实现法律以人为本的价值。

New China reformed the traditional value orientation of law and found a way to humanism and democracy successfully.Due to the limitation of legislative developmental outlook,the development of law lost balance in this explorative process.We are obliged to make law go along the road of balanced development and aim at accomplishing humanism according to scientific outlook of development.
