Social operation means that in society many key factors and subsystems of multiple level interact each other and develop their function in many fields.Since the 4th plenary Sessioin of the 14th Central Committee of the Party the Chinese society has had sustained economic development.Economic system,political system,system of social life and system of thought and cultural construction have developed harmoniously.The life for residents has risen clearly.The society of China has entered good operation and coordinate development.
