与时俱进做好语言规范化工作

Keeping Pace with the Times and Improving Work of Language Standardization

上世纪50年代以来的语言规范化工作,成绩斐然也有不足。本着“与时俱进”的精神,今后在语言规 范工作中需要注意处理几个大问题:(1)交际值是衡量语言规范的唯一标准;(2)处理好语言中大量存在的中间状态; (3)语言规范不能扼杀新的好的语言现象;(4)语言规范要重视语言的层次性特征;(5)用动态的发展观看待语言规 范工作。

we look back to the works of language standardization from 1950 to now, in this article, and make the summary of the works about achievements and inadequations, and put forward some problems that are paid attention to handle in language standardization works from now, in terms of 'the proceeding along the times'. That is to say: (1) the rate of communication is the only criterion measuring language standardization.(2) we must handle a great number of interim states which are in the language.(3) we can not strangle new and good language phenomena.(4) we need attach importance to the level characteristic in language standardization.(5) we need treat the language standardization in terms of the dynamic and developing views.
