摘要
产业转型是矿区实现可持续发展的必由之路。为优化投资结构,提高投资效益,本文在对矿区进行二维度特征分类的基础上,从广义资源的角度,建立了以资源转移和价值提升为基准的0-1目标规划数学模型。针对不同矿区的主要矛盾,设计了转型主要参数和目标函数,给出了模型的求解方法和一个应用实例。
Industrial transformation is an important way for mining area's sustainable development. In this paper, in order to optimize investment structure and improve investment benefit, on basis of multiple-dimension character classification, by way of resource conversion and value upgrade, a zero-one goal programming model for mining area industrial transformation are established from the generalized resources view. According to major contradiction of various mining areas, different parameter and target function is designed, also, corresponding arithmetic method of this model and an app- lication example are brought forward.
