The aggravation of the international competition challenges the continuous innovation of enterprise groups in our country severely. This paper will comment the influence of the international flow's development on the development of the enterprise groups on the background of industry clustering, and the formation and advantage of network at first. And then,this paper summarizes the theory of enterprise groups' innovation mechanism from both horizontal and vertical views.
