摘要
研究了用表面声波监测裂纹的方法,利用表面声波通过物体表面时其反射信号的强度随着裂纹的发展而增强的原理,通过试验描述了表面波通过有缺陷小孔时两种反射信号随裂纹形成发展的变化过程,提出了通过观测反射信号的变化来监测是否有裂纹生成的方法。
This paper researches the way of crack monitoring with surface acoustic wave.This way bases on the theory that the energy of the reflected signal of the surface acoustic wave is from strength to strength with the development of crack . The change of the energy of two reflected waves with the initial and development of the crack is describled when surface acoustic wave crosses through the little pit in the surface .So the monitoring method of crack's initial and development is proposed.
