摘要
分析了农业资源区划工作逐年弱化的原因 ,根据贵州机构改革后农业资源区划和农业计划工作有机结合的实践 ,提出为农业计划以及农业项目的前期工作服务是农业资源区划工作的本质属性和工作重点 ,既是农业计划和农业项目前期工作的需要 。
This paper analyzes the reasons for gradual weakening year by year of agriculture resources and regional planning, according to the practice that combines agriculture resources and regional planning with agriculture planning work after structure reformation in Guizhou; puts forward agriculture planning work and earlier stage service work of agriculture projects are the essential tasks and focuses of agriculture resources and regional planning. It is not only needed by agriculture planning work and earlier stage service work of agriculture projects, but also necessary for strengthening agricultural resources and regional planning.
