中国5个民族人群中HAP1基因编码区遗传多态性分布的研究

A STUDY ON DISTRIBUTIONS OF HAP1 POLYMORPHISMS AMONG 5 NATIONS IN CHINA.

目的:研究中国5个民族健康人群中HAP1基因多态性分布,为建立中华民族特色的DNA修复基因多态性数据库提供基础资料。方法:PCR—SSCP分析及银染检测后,进行DNA序列测定。结果:所有样本的PCR—SSCP分析及银染检测均显示所测片段不存在多态性位点,DNA测序结果与Genebank中已知序列完全一致。结论:本实验条件下,未发现中国南方地区汉族人群及几个少数民族健康人群HAP1基因3、4。

Objective:To study the distributions of HAP1 polymorphisms among health population in China and to contribute to the construction of the special Chinese DNA repair gene polymorphisms databank.Method:polymerase Chain Reaction,Single Strand Confirmation polymorphism(PCR-SSCP),and sequeusing test were performed.Results:No abnormal bands were observed from the analysis of PCR-SSCP. Also,DNA sequencing turned out that PCR products were the target ones in Genebank. Conclusion:For the first time, we have investigated the polymorphisms of HAP1 gene amog Han people and several minority ethnic groups of China. Under our experimental conditions,no polymorphisms existed among Han people and several minority ethnic groups of China.
