摘要
目的:了解山区育龄妇女性病/艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为及其影响因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供有价值的依据。方法:采用分层 整群抽样的方法抽取1 9个山区行政村的育龄妇女,并用统一的方法进行问卷调查。结果:性病、艾滋病相关知识的知晓率分别在1 0 .0 7%～5 2.95 %和1 2.1 1 %～77.74 %之间,并且发现妇女的年龄、文化程度、职业,以及丈夫的文化程度和丈夫外出打工情况是知识得分的影响因素。结论:山区育龄妇女性病/艾滋病相关知识缺乏,存在不正确的态度和行为。
Objective:To provide valuable basis for establishing STD/AIDS intervention measures,make clear the situation of STD/AIDS related KABP in reproductive-aged women in mountainous area.Methods:19 villages were sampled by stratified-cluster sampling,and standard methods were used to questionnaire investigation.Data was analyzed by SPSS 10.0.Results:Rate of awareness to the knowledge on STD and AIDS were between 10.07%～52.95% and 12.11%～77.74%.Multivariate regression analysis revealed that age,education,occupation and their husbands' education and the situation of their hushands working outside were important influence factor.Conclusion:It was lack of knowledge on STD/AIDS in mountainous area,and was an important intervention measure to adjust health education to local conditions.
