如何做到合理地起、停汽轮机是保障发电厂发电机组安全、经济运行的一个重要课题。根据实践经验和理论分析, 从合理缩短起动时间、减少起、停机时的安全隐患和考虑运行经济性的角度, 对优化汽轮机起动、停运操作, 特别是对起动时暖管和冲转阶段的参数控制, 水泵、加热器和法兰螺栓加热装置的投用, 停运时的胀差控制等问题进行了较为广泛的讨论。

How to rationally start up and shut down steam turbines is an important topic for study to ensure the safety and economic efficiency of generating units.According to experience and theoretical analysis,and with a view to reasonably shortening the starting duration,reducing potential safety hazards during start-up and shutdown and considering operation economics,this paper makes a broad discussion on optimizing start-up and shutdown of steam turbines,especially on the parameter control during warming-up and rotor driving periods,the actuation of pumps,heaters and flange bolt heating units,as well as the control of differential expansion during shut-down,etc.
