中药南风I号涂剂促进长春瑞宾外渗损伤修复研究

Study on the repairing improving effect of Nanfen No.1 liniment no injure caused by leaking ChangchunRuibing

目的对新研制的治疗长春瑞宾外渗损伤的外用中药复方涂剂———南风Ⅰ号进行动物药效验证。方法根据作者治疗长春瑞宾外渗损伤常用中药的筛选结果,按中药药理优化组合成新型外用复方涂剂———南风Ⅰ号,对长春瑞宾外渗损伤的SD大鼠实验模型进行涂敷治疗,并采用喜疗妥、如意金黄散等临床常用外用药物涂敷作阳性参照,同时设立生理盐水涂敷对比试验。以渗漏部位的皮下硬结、红斑、溃疡面积大小和大鼠的功能形态变化以及损伤修复的时程等数据作为实验观察指标。结果南风Ⅰ号对治疗大鼠长春瑞宾渗漏效果与实验对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.001),并优于喜疗妥治疗对照组(P<0.01)和如意金黄散治疗对照组(P<0.01)。结论新型外用中药复方涂剂———南风Ⅰ号具有促进长春瑞宾外渗损伤修复作用。

Objective To certify the effect of currently research product Traditional medicine compound liniment Nanfen No.1 on animal to treat the injure caused by leaking ChangchunRuibing.Method Nanfen No.1 liniment was applied on SD rat animal model of ChangchunRuibing leaking caused injury. Routine Liniment Xiletuo, Ruiyijing were used as positive group. Physiological saline was used as control group. Hypodermal sclerosis, erythema, ulcer size, functional and figure change of rat were measure and compared among those groups.Result the liniment Nanfen No.1 is more effective in the treatment of injure caused by leaking ChangchunRuibing. There is significant different in curative effect compared with control group (P<0.01) and other group (P<0.05).Conclusion The newly traditional medicine liniment Nanfen No.1 is effective in treating the injure caused by leaking ChangchunRuibing.
