医用消毒包装纸用于灭菌物品有效存放时间的研究

Study on the effective storage of sterilized material packaged by disinfected paper

目的研究医用消毒包装纸用于灭菌后的物品有效存放时间。方法将手术器械,敷料包40 个,分成对照组及实验组,两组包内物品体积无差异,灭菌后于第7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d对包内细菌生长情况进行监测。结果14 d以内两组均未见细菌生长,第21 d以后对照组发现细菌生长,两组结果卡方分析:χ2=6 316,P=0.014,0 01<P<0 05,差异有显著性意义。结论医用消毒纸包装手术器械、敷料的有效存放时间为28 d。

Objective To study the effective storage time of sterilized material packaged by disinfected paper. Method 40 operation appliance and dressing package were divided into experimental and control group with similar volume and kinds. Bacterial analyzing was conducted 7 d, 14 d, 21 d and 28 d after sterilization.Result There is no bacterial growth in 14 days after sterilization in the two groups. There is bacterial growth funded in 21 days in control group. There is significant difference in bacterial count compared with experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective storage time of operation appliance and dressing package packed by disinfected paper is 28 days.
