摘要
综述了情商的内涵、测评方法、培养策略以及情商在护理教育中的意义 ,提出护理教育工作者有责任使护理专业学生获得与情商有关的个人和社会交往方面的能力 ,以便其更好地服务于病人和社会。
it summarized the connotation, testing methods, cultivating strategies of emotion quotient (EQ), and the significance of EQ in nursing education.It suggested that nursing educators take the responsibility to cultivate the ability of nursing students to communicate with other people and to raise their EQ,in order to serve patients and society well.
