摘要
介绍了压电陶瓷微位移器驱动电源的闭环反馈控制驱动系统的组成和工作原理,并对控制器的硬件系统构成进行了说明。软件采用模块化设计,可根据实际工作场合通过软件设定为开环控制和闭环控制。在数字控制算法d(t)和可控输出稳压电压源的设计上有所突破。通过合理地设计软件算法d(t)来补偿电致伸缩陶瓷h(t)特性上的缺陷。
Introduced form and elements about closed loop control system of piezoelectric ceramics micro displacement model driving power ,introduced hardware and software system of director ,software can enactment closed loop or open-loop control. This paper has some breach in control arithmetic d(t) and design of driving power that can control output. Design d(t) can compensate bug about h(t) characteristic of piezoelectric ceramics.
