摘要
压电换能器是超声技术的主要部件,其种类多,用途及发展前景广。该文回顾了超声换能器的发展历程,概括总结了压电超声换能器的分类和应用,分析了压电超声换能器的发展趋势。大功率、低压驱动、高频、薄膜化、微型化、集成化是当前的发展方向。
Piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers are the primary elements in ultrasonic technology. They have great varieties, extensive application and wide developing space. This paper reviewed the development history of ultrasonic transducers. The classification and application of the elements was summarized. The authors analyzed the development trend of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers. The current development may mainly in the direction of high power,low-voltage driving, high frequency, membrane, miniaturization, integration.
