摘要
制霉菌素的防霉研究表明 :制霉菌素的水溶液和酒精溶液的防霉效果相差不大。本研究均采用制霉菌素的水溶液进行试验 ,以便于今后生产应用。将制霉菌素涂布于查氏培养基表面的防霉试验表明 :需用 3× 1 0 5μ/mL剂量 ,才能完全抑制蓝湿革上生长的 1 1种霉菌。制霉菌素防霉应用试验表明 :用不同浓度制霉菌素悬浮液喷涂后 ,再接种霉菌孢子悬浮液的蓝湿革 ,在 3 1℃恒温恒湿培养箱中放置一个月后 ,喷涂 2× 1 0 5μ/mL以下制霉菌素的蓝湿革上 ,均可观察到不同程度的霉斑 ;喷涂 3× 1 0 5μ/mL制霉菌素的蓝湿革放置 3个月内未见长霉菌 ,因此制霉菌素喷涂蓝湿革具有较好的短期防霉效果。
The experiments showed that it has not much difference between water solution and ethanol solution of nystatin in mould inhibition, but the water solution will convenient to the leather manufacture. The plate culture experiments were carried out firstly,the results showed that the nystatin can inhibit all of the 11 strains mold grown when the maximal concentration of nystatin was 300 000μ/mL. The application experiments indicated that molds could grow on wet blues on which were painted with nystatin suspension, when the concentration of nystatin was below 2×105μ/mL and stored in the incubator at 31℃ in one month. Any mold can not grow on the wet blues painted with 3×105μ/mL nystatin and stored in the incubator at 31℃ over three months. So nystatin could be used for mold inhibiting of wet blue in a short time.
