摘要
中国旅行社业面临着加入世贸、旅游市场持续增长、旅游市场进一步细分、网络化经营趋势等一系列全新变化,这些变化对我国旅行社业造成一定冲击,部分旅行社将面临生存危机。在这种形势下,我国的旅行社要参与国际竞争、走规模扩张和国际化经营的道路,经营体系的调整和经营模式的创新势在必行。连锁经营是目前发达国家一种成熟、先进的经营业态,旅行社发展连锁经营是可行的,也是改变目前中国旅行社行业“散小弱差”现状的方法之一,为此,本文论述了我国发展旅行社连锁经营的基本对策。
Travel agencies in China are confronting a series of brand-new changes,i.e.participation in WTO, sustainable increase of tourist demands, further classification of tourist markets and Internet-oriented management,etc. These changes have exerted considerable impacts on Travel agencies in China and that some travel agencies will confront the crisis of survival.Under such a situation,it is inevitable to adjust the management system and innovate the management mode if Travel agencies in China want to take part in international competition,expand their scale and carry out internationalized management.It is feasible for travel agencies to develop chain management since it is an advanced state of management in developed countries and that it is also one of the methods for changing the present 'Dispersion,small-size,weakness and inferiority'of travel agencies in China.For this,the thesis expounds the basic measures for developing chain management by travel agencies in China.
