摘要
提出了一种新颖的多电平矩阵变换器,介绍了其拓扑结构、工作原理和空间矢量调制技术。维持变换器内开关单元中点电容电压恒定和选择适当的控制策略,能在变换器两侧合成期望的可控正弦输入/输出电压。最后,对多电平矩阵变换器进行了仿真,验证了变换器的良好性能。
A novel multilevel matrix converter is proposed, and its topology configuration, operating principles and space vector modulation technique are introduced. It is feasible to synthesize expected and controllable sinusoidal input/output voltage waveforms at both sides of this converter by maintaining constant DC voltage across all midpoint capacitors of these switch cells and selecting proper controlling strategies. Finally, the multilevel matrix converter is simulated, and its good capability is verified.
