摘要
根据热浸镀模拟试验机的工艺特征,开发了热浸镀模拟试验机的控制系统。系统主要采用SIEMENTS S7-3 0 0系列CPU、总线网络、分布式I/O的控制方案来实现热浸镀模拟试验机的浸镀过程控制。主要介绍了热浸镀模拟试验机的系统设计、控制策略和重要回路。实践表明,系统运行情况良好,表现出高度的可靠性。
The control system for hot-dip galvanizing simulator is developed based on its special technological characteristic. The control system adopts SIEMENTS S7-300 CPU, network and distributed I/O to perform hot-dip process control of hot-dip galvanizing simulator. This paper presents the system design, control tactic and main circuit of control system for hot-dip galvanizing simulator. It has been proved the system is secure, practical and safe.
