摘要
论述了移相全桥零电压脉宽调制(F B ZVS-PWM)弧焊逆变器谐振原理,分析了主电路中谐振电感、谐振电容、以及变压器磁心气隙,给出了逆变器电路中各个元件参数的定量计算以及仿真和试验波形。
The resonance principle of the full-bridge zero-voltage pulse width modulation arc-welding inverter with soft switching is stated and the resonant inductances and capacitors in the main circuit of inverter are analyzed. The gap of power transformer magnetic core and all component parameters are calculated quantificationally and the relevant simulation waveforms and experiment waveforms are given.
