摘要
提出了双频光栅中低频光栅频率范围的确定方法,并在Li研究的基础上对时间噪声存在时不同低频情况下双频光栅的频率优化问题,进行了理论分析及数值模拟。结果表明,低频光栅频率的提高,使得双频光栅的优化频率更高,并可获得更精确的三维物体重建,这对于不连续物体的三维重建尤其具有重要意义。
The method of determining the proper frequency range of low-frequency grating was proposed.Frequency-Optimize of two-frequency phase measuring profilometry with low-frequency grating of different frequency and temporal-noise was analyzed theoretically and simulated numerically.The increase of frequency of low-frequency grating makes a higher optimal frequency and a more precise reconstruction of objects.So it is significant especially for the reconstruction of discontinued objects.
