Q-开关倍频Nd:YAG激光和光子嫩肤仪治疗雀斑疗效的比较研究

Treatment of freckles by Q-switched double Nd:YAG laser in comparison with photorejuvenation equipment

目的对Q -开关倍频Nd YAG激光与光子嫩肤仪治疗雀斑进行疗效比较;方法运用Q -开关倍频Nd YAG激光和光子嫩肤仪治疗雀斑;结果60 0例雀斑患者,随机分为两组。激光组痊愈2 0 0例( 66.6% ) ,显效90例( 3 0 % ) ,总有效率96.7% ,有效10例( 3 .3 % ) ;光子组痊愈180例( 60 % ) ,显效10 0例( 3 3 .3 % ) ,总有效率93 .3 % ,有效15例( 5 % ) ,无效5例( 1.6% ) ,术后2 -6年随访,大多数病人均有复发,但雀斑数目少及颜色淡。

Objective: To compare the treatment of freckles by Q-switched double Nd:YAG laser and photorejuvenation equipment.Methods:Freckles was treated by Q-switched double Nd:YAG laser and photorejuvenation equipment.Results:Six hundred cases of freckles were divided into two groups randomly.In laser group 200 cases were cured completely(66.6%),90 cases showed good effect(3.3%).In photorejuvenation group 180 cases were cure completely(60%),100 cases showed excellent effect(33.3%),All effective rate was 93.3%,15 cases showed good effect(5%),5 cases showed no effect (1.6%).The follow-up lasted 2-6 years.Most patients had a relapse,but the amount of freckles decreased and the colour faded.
