调Q开关532nm激光治疗咖啡斑的临床分析

The clinical analysis Q-switch alexandrite laser in treatmeat of cafe-au-lait spots

目的观察调Q开关5 3 2nm激光治疗咖啡斑的临床效果。方法运用调Q开关5 3 2nm激光治疗咖啡斑。结果5 92例咖啡斑患者经一次治疗的患者2 86例,其中无效98例( 2 9% ) ,有效2 4例( 8% ) ,显效3 6例( 12 % ) ,痊愈12 8例( 5 1% ) ;经二次治疗的患者2 3 5例,其中无效3 5例( 14 % ) ,有效12例( 5 % ) ,显效18例( 7% ) ,痊愈170例( 74% ) ;经三次治疗的患者71例,其中无效15例( 2 1% ) ,有效2 8例( 3 9% ) ,显效6例( 8% ) ,痊愈2 2例( 3 2 % )。所有患者治疗后均无疤痕产生。总有效率为64 %。结论Q -开关5 3 2nm激光治疗咖啡斑是一种安全可靠、疗效较满意的方法。

Objective:To observe clinic cure effect of cafe-au-lait spots by Q-switch 532nm laser.Methods:Cafe-au-lait spots are treated by Q-switch 532nm.Results:286 of the 592 patients with cafe-au-lait spots,received once laser treatment,of which 98 patients had no response and 24 patients good response and 36 patients excellent response and 128 patients cured,245 patients received twice laser treatment,of which 35 patients had no response and 12 patients good response and 18 patients excellent response and 170 patients cured,71 patients received 3 times laser tretment,of which 15 patients had no response and 12 patients good response and 28 patients excellent response and 6 patients excellent response and 22 patients cured.All effect rate is 64%.No scars appeared in all patients after laser treatment.Conclusion:It's a good and safe method to treat cafe-au-lait spots by Q-switch 532nm laser.
