电视纤维喉镜下声带息肉、声带小结摘除术876例分析

Resection of Vocal Nodule or Polyp by TV Fibrolaryngoscope

目的探讨电视纤维喉镜下声带息肉、小结摘除的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析876例表面麻醉下,经电视纤维喉镜摘除声带息肉、小结的有效性及安全性。结果电视纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉、小结的总有效率为95 .8% ,手术安全有效,无严重并发症。结论电视纤维喉镜下声带息肉、小结摘除术是一种简便易行,安全有效的方法。

Objective:to investigate the efficacy of resecting vocal fold nodule or polyp by TV fibrolaryngoscope.Methods:Efficacy and safety of 876 cases of vocal fold nodule or vocal fold polyp by TV fibrolaryngoscope under surface analgesia wereanalyzed retrospectively.Results:The total effective rate is 95.8% and patients recovered quikly after surgery without any complications.Conclusion:Resection of vocal fo1d nodule or polyp by TV fibrolaryngoscope is a convenient and effective method.
